Managing Search Configurations

You must be a Knowledge Collections administrator to view this page.

To display the Manage Search Configurations page:

On the left panel of application links, click (Administrator), and then click Manage Search Configurations.

Engineering Workbench provides a configurable search experience for its users. Select a combination of filters and sources to create a search configuration that the users of a subaccount can apply to their searches. Create new search configurations by pre-selecting different combinations of filters and sources to allow users to conduct searches with different purposes and intents. You can display one, or more, of the search configurations you create for a subaccount in the drop-down list to the left of the query box on the homepage and the Research application.

You can further customize these default search configurations for users of a subaccount.
