Working with redline documents
A redline document tracks changes between the most recent version of a standards document and its previous versions. It enables users to compare changes that have been made to a document over time.
- If a redline document exists in relation to the document you are viewing, and you have access to it, click on the Redline tab in the Document Viewer to display it. You can also download a copy of the redline document as a PDF in the Document Viewer.
- If a redline document exists, but you do not have access to it, the Redline tab will be visible (grayed-out), but disabled in the Document Viewer. If your company does not have a subscription that enables you to access a redline document, contact Accuris Customer Care for details about getting a subscription.
Redline documents are also listed in the Document History and Related Documents tabs of the Document Viewer application.
